Nice room, bathroom and roof terrace. Good size and clean.
As per other reviews the porn channel on tv as a welcome seemed a bit weird and made you question other goings on in the hotel (TV on in room with porn movie advert channel on, people lounging aroudn the lobby 24/7, sheets being changed in the early hours of the morning!). All art was of an erotic nature but nothing too heavy! Could all be nothing but wouldn't recomment to anyone prudish!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful; rooms were clean and there were lots of little extras that you might not expect -- a heated towel rack, etc.
The neighborhood is not the greatest after dark, and if I had to be super picky, the lighting in the room is a little low.

The interior is really pretty, the room well-decorated, warm and clean.
The location of the hotel is pretty poor, seems to be the area taken over by drug dealers. Two missing things in the room: fridge and glasses ;-)

The room was affordable, clean, and had its private bathroom, and the breakfast spread was generous with plenty of options.

Delightful boutique hotel, superb location near bus stop. Explored ancient ruins, sipped coffee on the rooftop terrace. Definitely worth a stay!
Oh, the joy of cigarette smoke everywhere! Made me feel like I was back in the 1950s cocktail lounge.

I recently stayed at Exis Hotel in Athens for a business trip, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The highlight of my stay was definitely the recreation amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa tub, which provided a much-needed relaxation after a long day of meetings. It was the perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate.
While my overall experience at Exis Hotel was great, there was one minor issue that I encountered.

Our stay at Exis Hotel was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the double four poster bed. The highlight was definitely the spa bath, which was a luxurious addition to our stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions we had. Despite the hotel's location not being the best, we felt safe and had no issues during our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. it exceeded our expectations and we would choose it again for our next visit.

the middle of tourist season is always a pain, but exis offered an amazingly good value for a decent size room. the staff were unwaveringly helpful, and the rooms were very clean. the nearby cinema and shops added to the convenience of the location.

I chose Exis Hotel because I wanted to visit the Ancient Agora of Athens. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had a garage-parking right next to it with special rates for guests. Additionally, the free landline calls all over Greece were a great perk. What I really liked was the proximity of the hotel to restaurants, taverns, pastry shops, fast food, cinemas, and other shops.
The location was a minor inconvenience as the hotel was quite far from the metro station. We had to take the metro again, walk a lot, and then realized that the nearest station was Victoria.
